Idk if you're new or not, but Nemesis players can track you using the zombies. They can see the zombies through the walls and know that if a zombie has its arms up, they know it is following or was following a survivor. Note that Zombies can be blinded with a flashlight, they cannot move for a good while

Unfortunate luck man, right when you stopped healing you got the skill check. Its almost as if the entity just straight up wanted to send you back to the campfire as fast as possible lol.
